Orders placed on us prior to 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) are despatched from our wholesalers the same day via 1st Class Royal Mail (who aim to deliver 92% the next working day including Saturday). Orders placed after 2pm and on weekends are despatched the next working day.
Affordable Inks additionally offer a service for customers with either SO30 or SO31 post codes whereby we take delivery of your goods and inform you as soon as they are received. This overcomes the problem of Royal Mail being unable to deliver a bulky package to you for whatever reason and you having to get to your local pick-up point during specific hours. We call to inform you of our receipt, you make the decision as to whether you want us to deliver or you wish to collect and we set a mutually agreed time. This arrangement also allows you to buy on a "cash on delivery" basis.
